Appointments, not lead lists
A prospect sees your ad, requests a quote, picks a time, and confirms it by phone or text. Your agent takes a scheduled call with a person expecting to talk. Nobody hands you a spreadsheet to chase.
PolicyFlow runs your Facebook ads, confirms every prospect by phone or text, and puts the appointment on your agents' calendars. No shared leads. No lists to chase. Calls land only in states you are licensed to sell.
PolicyFlow is in beta with its first agencies right now. No padded results, no borrowed screenshots. Here is the deal we put in writing instead.
A prospect sees your ad, requests a quote, picks a time, and confirms it by phone or text. Your agent takes a scheduled call with a person expecting to talk. Nobody hands you a spreadsheet to chase.
Ad spend is paid by you, straight to Meta, from your own ad account. You see every dollar in and every booking out. We never hold your ad money and never mark it up.
Every week you get ad spend, leads, booked calls, held calls, and cost per held call. If the number is bad, you see it the same week we do, and you can cancel anytime.
Before PolicyFlow, I sold life insurance as an independent agent, making roughly 250 cold calls a day off vendor lead lists. Most of those lists were stale, shared, or full of people in states I could not sell in.
So I built my own pipeline with Facebook ads: my creative, my funnel, my calendar. PolicyFlow is that same setup, run for your agency. If it falls short of 10 calls, you get a credit for every call we missed. That is the deal.
You keep selling. We run everything upstream of the conversation.
We write the ads, build the funnel, and target final expense buyers in your licensed states. Your ad money stays in your own Meta account. We never hold it and never mark it up.
Prospects request a quote, pick a time, and get confirmed by phone or text before anything touches your calendar. Reminders go out so people actually show up.
The appointment shows up on your agents' calendars with the prospect's details. They call a person who asked for a quote and confirmed a time. No list to work, no chasing.
We are onboarding three final expense agencies at beta pricing while we build case studies. No setup fee. Cancel anytime. Here is exactly what a booked call costs you.
That is the service fee. Ad spend is separate, a $1,500 monthly minimum paid by you straight to Meta, and always under your control.
Book the intro callA qualified call is a prospect in a state you are licensed in who asked for a final expense quote, booked a time, has a working phone number, and confirmed by call or text.
We target 10 qualified calls in your first 30 days. For each call short of 10, you get a $100 credit against month two, up to the full month two fee. Fake, unreachable, or wrong-state bookings do not count, and we replace them free.
Service fee plus minimum ad spend, worked out at the 10-call target.
| Cost | Month 1 | Month 2+ |
|---|---|---|
| PolicyFlow service fee | $997 | $1,997 |
| Ad spend paid by you to Meta | $1,500 | $1,500 |
| Total out of pocket | $2,497 | $3,497 |
| Booked qualified calls | 10 | 10 |
| Cost per booked call | $250 | $350 |
Ad spend uses our $1,500 monthly minimum. The guarantee applies at that level, because below it we cannot reliably produce 10 calls. Your actual cost per call moves with your states and your market. Booked calls are not the same as held calls, so every weekly report shows both, plus your cost per held call.
For comparison, final expense agencies commonly spend $3,000 to $5,000 a month on shared, resold leads: the same names sold to every other agent in the county, unbooked and unconfirmed. The numbers above buy confirmed appointments that belong to your agency only.
Neither. Prospects see your ads, request a quote, book a time, and confirm it. Your agent takes a scheduled call. We do not sell spreadsheets, cold-call prospects, or warm-transfer callers, and appointments are generated for your agency only.
$1,500 a month is the minimum, and the guarantee applies at that level. You pay Meta directly from your own ad account, so you can see every dollar. We manage the campaigns and report your cost per held call weekly.
We target ten qualified calls in your first 30 days, counted by the definition in the offer box above. For each call short of ten, you get a $100 credit against month two. Invalid bookings do not count and get replaced free. The full terms are in the fine print section at the bottom of this page.
Partner access to your Facebook ad account, your licensed states, your calendar link, and your $1,500 ad budget funded, all within 48 hours of signing. We build the rest. Campaigns go live within 7 days of onboarding.
A 30 minute call. We map your licensed states, your current lead spend, and whether a beta spot makes sense for your agency. If it does not fit, we will tell you on the call.
Leave four details and we will call to set up a time.
The guarantee starts the day your campaigns go live and runs for 30 calendar days. It applies when you fund at least $1,500 a month in ad spend. For each qualified call short of 10 in that window, you receive a $100 credit against month two, up to the full month two fee. Example: 7 calls means a $300 credit. Zero calls means a $1,000 credit. Ad spend remains yours and is still paid by you to Meta. Credits are the remedy for a shortfall, not refunds.
A qualified call means exactly what the offer box on this page says it means, nothing more. Bookings that turn out to be fake, unreachable, outside your licensed states, or from people who never asked for a quote do not count toward the 10. We replace those free and keep working until real ones land.
PolicyFlow collects the contact details you send us through this page, by email, or on a call with us. We use them to respond to you, book and confirm appointments, and run advertising campaigns for your agency. That is all we use them for.
We do not sell your information or your prospects' information to anyone. Prospect data generated by your campaigns belongs to your agency. We share data only with the tools needed to run your campaigns, such as Meta and your calendar provider, and only as much as the job requires.
This site uses cookies and the Meta pixel to measure ad performance. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and we will delete it on request. Email contact@trypolicyflow.com and we will handle it within 30 days.
PolicyFlow provides advertising management and appointment booking services for insurance agencies. By booking a call or signing up for service, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your own Meta ad spend, your agents' licensing in the states you sell in, and everything that happens on your sales calls. Appointments we book are generated for your agency only and are never resold or shared with another agency.
Service is month to month. Either side can cancel with 7 days written notice by email before the next billing date. The beta month is non-refundable once campaigns launch. Any shortfall is handled by the credits described in the guarantee terms above.
